Elaine Vega is the Director of Management Operations at Atrium, where she leads human resource management, learning and development, and industrial relations policies, practices, and operations. As the first in her role at the company, Elaine launched HR and cultural processes to optimize people-centered activities such as training, professional development, and performance management to ensure these efforts support the company’s growth initiatives. One is leading conscious leadership workshops with her team to cultivate a healthy workplace in and out of Atrium.
Under her leadership, Atrium has grown over 300% in size with nearly half of the company made-up of women; and, 60% of them are in management positions. She actively works to include diversity and inclusion practices at Atrium to enrich its culture and create a welcoming workplace for all.
Prior to heading management operations at Atrium, Elaine started as the company’s first paralegal coming from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Before that, she was the Executive Team Lead - Human Resources at Target overseeing store operations and people management.
She graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor’s in International Studies.
