About Adi

Adi serves as outside general counsel to emerging growth companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, helping with the full scope of their day-to-day legal needs. Adi’s practice includes advising on corporate governance, convertible debt, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and other transactional and legal matters.

Prior to joining Atrium, Adi was a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, where he represented technology and life sciences clients throughout the full corporate life cycle.

Adi received his J.D. from Boston College Law School. During law school, he served as an editor and staff writer on The Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, received the South Asian Bar Association’s Public Interest Fellowship for his work with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and completed an internship on European commodity derivatives law in the London office of Reed Smith LLP.
