As a member of Atrium’s FinTech and Blockchain team, Amy advises founders, businesses, and investors on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters relating to fintech and blockchain technology.
Prior to joining Atrium, Amy was a private equity associate at Ropes and Gray LLP (Boston, with secondments in Hong Kong and London), where she represented private equity firms, venture capital sponsors, and strategic investors on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across a broad range of industries. Amy has in-house experience as corporate counsel to Audax Group, where she advised on transactional and corporate matters. Amy also served as a legal consultant in the Cayman Islands, counseling international token founders and teams on fundraising and structuring matters.
Amy received her J.D. from Boston University. While there, Amy served on Law Review and Student Government and worked in the business and legal affairs departments of Paramount Pictures, Major League Baseball, Harmonix Music Systems, Electus, and Charles River Ventures.
