Lyman counsels Atrium and its clients through daily operational challenges, financing events, and significant corporate transactions. Lyman has represented startups from incorporation to exit, and has guided a broad range of stakeholders, including high-growth companies, venture capital firms, other institutional investors, and strategic investors, through over $1 billion of dollars invested in venture financing transactions.

Lyman previously worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. Prior to becoming a startup lawyer in Silicon Valley, Lyman worked in the renewable energy industry in Houston, Texas.
