Matthew is a Partner at Atrium. He primarily advises startups, venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and technology companies in corporate legal matters. At Atrium, he will oversee the firm’s legal operations, manage its legal providers across its professional services network, and advise clients in advanced transactions.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience at several national and international law firms including Goodwin, Lowenstein Sandler, and Skadden Arps. At these firms he represented public and private companies in their corporate legal matters, including fundraising, investing, mergers and acquisitions and as outside general counsel.
In his off-hours, Matthew enjoys logging off, taking road trips, snowboarding and teaching his young son how to do things. He recently picked up cooking at the behest of his spouse and is learning new recipes at a rapid pace.
Matthew graduated from New York University School of Law and received his Master’s in Finance and Bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of Utah.
