Jon enjoys being the “go-to” advisor for startup clients and working with executive management to solve complex business issues in a timely manner. Jon has acted as outside general counsel for hundreds of startup companies in industries ranging from food-tech to fin-tech. He advises startup clients on matters ranging from corporate governance, capital raising (including convertible debt, seed and venture capital financings), commercial transactions and M&A (and whatever else his clients throw his way). Jon joined Atrium to grow a better law firm from the ground up by utilizing technology to reduce the inefficiencies which frustrate lawyers and clients alike. When he’s not crushing deals he enjoys golfing, gardening and a good pun.
